PRODUCTION PROCESS OF MILK FIBER

  1. Milk dewatered and skimmed
    To make milk protein fiber, milk is first dewatered and skimmed
     
  2. Polymerize
    By means of new bio-engineering technique, the protein spinning fluid suitable for a wet spinning process is manufactured
     
  3. Spinning
    The milk protein (casein) is spun by wet spun process.
     
  4. Drafting
    The now produced sliver is getting processed...
     
  5. Rinsing
    ... and being washed ...
     
  6. Drying
    ... as well as dried.
     
  7. Crimping
     
  8. Cutting
    Finally, the sliver gets cut in order to receive milk fibers.
     

It combines the advantages of natural fiber and synthetic fiber - the protein fiber is a kind of fresh fiber with healthy function.
