Today, Claremont Flock Corporation has grown into the world's largest independent producer of flock fiber. With manufacturing facilities in four locations, our annual output of flock fiber has increased to over 12,000 metric tons per year. Fiber is our business and it's our only business. Capabilities second to none

Claremont Flock Corporation's capabilities are second to none. Whether it's cutting, dyeing, or custom finishing, we offer a process or finish that will both improve and enhance your products.

Precision cut fiber. Claremont Flock is able to cut almost any fibrous material in lengths ranging from as short as 0.010 inches (0.25 mm) to as long as 0.250 inches (6.25 mm). Our proprietary cutting and finishing equipment enables us to cut fiber to the shortest dimensions in the industry.

Random Cut Fiber. Many flock applications can utilize fiber of varying dimensions. Beginning with raw materials such as textile clippings or staple fiber, Claremont Flock produces fibers that can be screened for length and finished for use as fillers or used in mechanical/electrostatic flocking.
